No occurrence record in ALNHP database but the US Fish & Wildlife Service (http://www.fws.gov/daphne/es/specieslst.html#Marshall) lists this species as occurring in Marshall County.
Historic occurrence.
The Bald Eagle was removed from the Federal List of Endangeredand Threatened Wildife (delisted) June 2007, but is still protected by provisions of the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.
