5 The Bald Eagle was removed from the Federal List of Endangeredand Threatened Wildife (delisted) June 2007, but is still protected by provisions of the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act. 6 Erimonax monachus, LT rangewide, except where listed as Experimental Population; XN - in the Tellico River between the backwaters of the Tellico Reservoir and the Tellico Ranger Station in Monroe County Tennessee, Shoal Creek, and specified portions of the French Broad and Holston Rivers, TN.
