No occurrence record in ALNHP database but the US Fish & Wildlife Service (http://www.fws.gov/daphne/es/specieslst.html#Escambia) lists this species as occurring in Escambia County.
Historic occurrence.
The Bald Eagle was removed from the Federal List of Endangeredand Threatened Wildife (delisted) June 2007, but is still protected by provisions of the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act. Historic occurrence, no recent information
Snakes released at Solon Dixon Forestry Center from 1979 to 1986 and a second site in 1983. Sightings reported until early 1990's but no sightings since. Potential to occur in county.
10 Listed by USFWS as Threatened west of the Mobile and Tombigbee rivers in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
