3 No occurrence record in ALNHP database but the US Fish & Wildlife Service ( http://www.fws.gov/daphne/es/specieslst.html#Clarke) lists this species as occurring in Clarke County.
4 Only populations of Coastal Plain origin protected by the Nongame Species Regulation. 5 The Bald Eagle was removed from the Federal List of Endangeredand Threatened Wildife (delisted) June 2007, but is still protected by provisions of the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.
