Alabama endemic.
No occurrence record in ALNHP database but the US Fish & Wildlife Service (http://www.fws.gov/daphne/es/specieslst.html#Autauga) lists this species as occurring in Autauga County.
Only populations of Coastal Plain origin protected by the Nongame Species Regulation.
The Bald Eagle was removed from the Federal List of Endangeredand Threatened Wildife (delisted) June 2007, but is still protected by provisions of the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.
